Individual Therapy

This is for individuals to process and explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences with a licensed mental healthcare practitioner. Some of the many issues we address in individual therapy, include, but are not limited to:

  • Relational Concerns (e.g., questioning your relationship, navigating dating and break-ups, implementing healthy boundaries, anxiety surrounding relationships)

  • Sexual Concerns (e.g., performance anxiety, sexual dysfunctions, porn usage, low sexual desire, sexual shame and trauma)

  • Communication

  • Navigating Life Transitions (e.g., fertility/infertility/pregnancy, grief and loss, illness)

  • Trauma and Emotionally Impactful Experiences

Couples Counselling

This is for couples to process and explore their relationship with a licensed mental healthcare practitioner. Some of the many issues we address in couples therapy, include, but are not limited to:

  • Relational Concerns

  • Sexual Concerns (e.g., sexual dysfunctions, mismatched levels of sexual desire, decreased interest in sex)

  • Communication

  • Navigating Couple Life Transitions (e.g., fertility/infertility/pregnancy, grief and loss, illness)

  • Pre-Marital Counselling

Sex Therapy

This is for individuals and couples to process and explore their experiences and relationship with sex with a licensed mental healthcare practitioner. Some of the many issues we address in sex therapy, include, but are not limited to:

  • Exploring general relationship with sex and sexuality

  • Performance Anxiety

  • Sexual Dysfunctions (e.g., erectile dysfunction (ED), premature ejaculation, sexual pain, struggles with orgasm)

  • Relationship with porn usage

  • Sexual shame

  • Trauma

Workshops

Online and in-person. Workshops are offered intermittently on a variety of topics related to sex, relationships, and other intimate struggles.

Speaking Engagements
